According to Paragraph 4 - Article 7 in Section 13 in reference to Chapter 3 of the blogging bylaws - <em>If said blogger has nested comments then that blogger can rightfully respond individually to each comment on his\her blog. The purpose behind this is to avoid readers from scrolling up and down comment to find the comment the publisher is referring to.
