A link to a website about getting in shape contained within a post about getting in shape from a weight loss blog is certainly understandable. The idea of creating "reusable content components" is of particular interest to me for, as you know I am interested in content generation... think the comment on not tryng to think like seo but focus on networking with other webmasters is a good one, in that it is often overlooked in favour of "doing SEO"...
