I know you can reduce your cost by improving your Q.S., and with the new interface your quality score is an actual numerical representation, but less than a dime is very low based upon the work I have done. I get poor quality index score landing page notices on these frequently...and yet I need to promote them on Google to get some hits and hopefully some clicks. If you notice, when you hover over the quality score icon next to your keyword it takes a few seconds to show the quality score for that keyword. This is because it is looking at the landing page of the ad to asses the revelvancy of the word/landingpage and url. So no need to worry about telling google to crawl your site for the organic list.
