Eat Turkey to Lift Your Mood!
Today is Thanksgiving here in the US, so I thought I’d say Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. And since many of us will be chowing down on turkey today, I thought I’d leave you with a little article I found on WebMD.
Elaine Magee, RD, MPH discusses how eating tryptophan can help boost seratonin levels in the brain. Looks like us turkey-eating Americans are going to be pretty happy this week. Makes me even more eager to eat the leftover turkey my mom’s going to be sending home with me!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Have fun, Danielle. That turkey looks lovely. How about you send the left overs to all your readers. Packed right it should stay fresh for it’s trip across the Atlantic.
Better yet, just send me a bowl of stuffing. I love stuffing!
my mom probably has enough left overs to feed all my readers
the good thing about thanksgiving is all the food… the bad thing is if i’m near it long enough i just keep eating…

Happy Thanksgiving!
If turkey is good for the health, I know that we are in good health. We had turkey on Thanksgiving, and the next five days for lunch and supper some days. I’m rather glad it’s over now.
i don’t get home cooking often so i was living it up!
