April Back Link Promotion

I’ve decided to try to get some back links through site reviews, since it seems to be working for a lot of people. I haven’t tried this yet, and I don’t really have anything to give away except for back links. MsDanielle.com is a predicted PR4 so I think that should count for something!
Anyway, I asked myself, What’s a good, fair back link exchange? Well, if you provide me a review from your blog, I’ll put a site of your choice in my sidebar for 45 days with the anchor text you choose. (It’s like a free Text-Link-Ad!) And I’ll add a link to your blog in the summary batch announcing the people who participated. Only the first 10 people to ping my post and leave a comment letting me know will get in the sidebar. But everyone will still get a back link from the summary post for participating.
Sound like a fair deal?
Here are the rules:
All you have to do is write 200+ words, link to MsDanielle.com, and link to one other post on my site. Please make sure to use the anchor text “marketing blog tips” at least once. And don’t forget to leave me a comment here. Oh yeah, and the 3 P’s aren’t eligible for back links (pills, porn, or poker). 
I really don’t care what you write either, as long as the content is relevant and the links are correct. You have until Sunday, April 15th at midnight to submit your review. Hopefully I can average at least one review per day to get to 10!
After that I’ll be posting the summary. Only one sidebar link per person please, but you can write as many reviews as you want for back links from the post if you have more than one blog. Let’s see how many I can get!

Thats a lot of incentives! I find it funny how poker is grouped with drugs and sex now on the Internet
It all started with that old line about “Liqour in the front, poker in the rear”.
I do blog reviews once a week only to avoid saturation of reviews..

Yup that is a lot of incentives, I think thats a good trade.
Ive been getting a bit annoyed with people wanting “reviews for nothing” lately, this is a lot better.
In fact, Ill take you up on the offer Danielle…. Ill get a post written today if poss….

Did you do any keyword analysis on this though?
There is a post on my site about free keyword analysis tools “bog marketing tips” draws a blank, but “blog marketing” gets quite a lot of interest, and I reckon you would have a shot at getting it if you are persistant.
I don’t know whether you have access to paid keyword analysis at work, in which case you will be ahead of me on this one….

i did find that “marketing blog” and “blog tips” get pretty good traffic. this way, i get points for two popular terms instead of just one. at least, that’s how it should work in theory

I hope so, your giving a much better deal than most people running these schemes… you’ve clearly given it a bit more thought…
Keep in mind you want a “lower” Technorati ranking. That may have just been a slip up on your part when you said it “boosted your rankings.”
Technorati is a waste of space anyway, it doesn’t generate traffic, a couple of hits here and there…
